    No TV inside? Interesting to see license plate is in both English and Tamil. Are all license plates in Tamil Nadu like this?

    Sure they have TV inside…
    Not all license plates in Tamil Nadu are in both English and Tamil…Only public transport[Government Owned] vehicles license plates are in both English and Tamil…
